PRIVATE JURY AWARD IS GIVEN TO ELIKMO BY ITS E-200 SERIES...
“5th Technology Awards” arranged by TTGV, TUBITAK and TUSIAD were given to winners. Elimko Automation firm won 2003 Jury Award by its E-200 Universal Improved Control device in the final of 5th Technology Awards arranged by TTGV, TUBITAK and TUSIAD in order to courage efforts for converting creative idea into innovative product, to make our national industry conscious that developing an innovative product is an inevitable requirement for competitive markets and to increase awareness of public opinion about the issue. E-200 Series Universal Improved Control Devices as a favorite element of automatic control cycles are industrial devices having universal inputs and outputs that may be programmed easily by users, designed by using new age microcontrollers, having 96x96 mm dimension and appropriate for IEC 668 standards. Auto-tuning software feature of E-200 peculiar to Elimko makes the device more advantageous than domestic and foreign rivals. 38 firms applied to 5th Technology Awards arranged by TTGV, TUBITAK and TUSIAD and only 19 firms went on to the finals. Elimko among the finalist firms honored with Private Jury Award. Awards were given in special ceremony at the end of Technology Congress arranged in Istanbul Grand Cevahir Hotel in December 9, 2003. The award was taken by Hasan Akduman, Member of Elimko Administrative Board. Malik Aviral, Member of Elimko Administrative Boards said “We truly congratulate TTGV, TUBITAK and TUSIAD who organized Technology Congress and Technology Awards in a perfect way and we believe that Congress contributes to improvement of technology of our country. We think that these contests are important motivation resource in organization environment. We desire these efforts to continue and to spread into wider masses because they accelerate R&D studies and encourage technological improvements. We should evaluate Elimko’s this success as a success of our country”. Aviral highlighted that they (as Elimko) gained this award by means of their superior effort they made so far and their strategies they improved against recent economical crisis and he stated that “Ministry of Technology” having an important role in improving technologies of countries should be established in our country as soon as possible.
