CLINKER COOLING CONTROL SYSTEM AND KILN FEEDING CONTROL SYSTEM (1993):

Kiln head pressure control, cooling zones, pressure and air flow rates regulation, and chain speed control stabilize the clinker level for optimal production. Control System is structured on Elimko PLC System and PC is used as HMI.

RAW MILL AUTOMATION AND RAW MILL DOSING BELTS (1993):

In this project, the row mill is completely automated using the Elimko PLC System.

Also, Elimko Dosing Belts are used for clay, marn and iron ore. In addition, Elimko sloped plane type flow meter is used to measure the flow rate of returned material. PC and Elimko Software is used for HMI.
