BIG BAG FILLING UNIT (1998):

Big Bag filling unit is an automatic filling machine to fill big bags at 1ton. System is used to prepare big bags for Railway Transport.

2 RAW MILLS FEEDING SYSTEM (1998):

At This Factory, Elimko Belt scales and dosing belts are used to feed 2 raw mills.

HOMOGENISATION CONTROL SYSTEM With WINCC(1998):

At this factory, raw mill products are transferred to different silos according to their chemical analysis. This system blends materials to provide wanted chemical analysis efficiently, then transfers them to farin silos to feed the kiln.

Control System is based on Siemens S7 PLC and WINCC Software for HMI.
